TRADITIONAL SHAOLIN KUNG FU
The program for the adults is Pei Pai Shaolin Quan (Mei Hua Quan)
Characterized by Five Static Positions Intermixed with Dynamic Motion
comprised of light rapid footwork and large flowing movements.
Mei Hua is an external style with characteristics of internal style, so
it is good also for adults over 40 that start a Martial Art for the
first time.
TAI CHI CHUAN YANG STYLE
Good Internal Method to Reduce Stress and Improve Health. You can choose the normal program and learn all the aspects of this effective Martial Art (Forms, Applications, Self Defense and Weapons), or you can choose the Wellness Program and practice Tai Chi as soft exercise for your health. The Tai Chi we practice is Tai Chi Yang Style.
QI GONG
Qi Gong means "Work on Engergy". All the Chinese Martial Arts have in
common the notion of cultivating and storing engergy (Qi) in the Tan
Tien, a point in the human body two or three fingers width below the
navel.
TAI CHI WELLNESS
For people that want to practice Tai Chi like a Healthy Anti-Stress Gym without being involved in the normal Martial Art Program with Examinations and Sashes.
