The program is composed of:

Basics (Ji Ben Fa): punches, blocks, hand knifes, elbow strikes, kicks

Specific Warming Up: 2 Ba Tuan Chin Qi Gong

Forms: 2 basic forms (Lien Pu Chuan), 5 Shaolin forms, 4 forms of kicks

Established Combats (PoiGi): 5

Weapons forms and applications.



   

 

Born from the three Chinese philosopies: Budhism, Confucianesim and Taoism, it is based on:

practice of the 5 positions that refers to the 5 elements and Yin and Yang theory;

practice with empty mind;

respect of the teacher and the school and of all humans;

 

      


THE MEI HUA CHUAN WE TEACH IS THE PROGRAM OF THE CHANG DSU YAO MASTER.

Chang Dsu Yao is the Grand Master that has taken the authentic traditional Chinese Martial Art

in Italy and in the last two decades alsoin other countries in Europe,

working with passion and dedication for its transmission.

Born in China on year 1918, at P’ei, when six years old

his rich father lets him take private lessons from Liu Pao Chun,

one of the most famous Masters of North China who taught him

many external styles

(above all Northern Chinese classical Shaolin Kung Fu) as well

as Tai Chi Chuan ( the most important internal Kung Fu Style.

Liu Pao un was considered one of the greatest masters, having studied

numerous external styles with another famous master named Wu

and Tai Chi Chuan with Yang Chen Fu,

Master of Yang style Tai Chi.
