Tai Chi Chuan Yang Style
Good Internal Method to reduce stress and improve health. You can choose the normal program and learn all the aspects of this effective Martial Art (Forms, Applications, Self Defense and Weapons), or you can choose the Wellness Program and practice Tai Chi like a soft exercise for your health. The Tai Chi we practice is Tai Chi Yang style.
Yang Style was created by Yang Luchan in 1800 upon Chen Style. It is said that when he was a boy, he worked at Chen ChangXing Home. He spied on secret trainings and he trained in the night. After he was found out and was brought to his master to be punished Chen asked to show what he could do, and it was decided to take him on as a student instead. Yang Luchan modified the style by eliminating more difficult techniques and rendering movements straighter.
