The tuition includes: classes, weapons traning and Shaolin form training, kung fu animals techniques, internal styles and breathing and meditation techniques for adults. If you choose the Tai chi program, it includes forms, qi gong, breathing and meditation techniques and weapons training. Moreover, every course teaches self defense.
