-Short Weapons: Straight Sword, Broadsword, Short Stick...
-Long Weapons: Long Staff, Spear, Kun Dao...
-Section Weapons: Three Section Stick, 9 Section Whip Chain...
-Double Weapons: Double Broadsword, Double Straight Sword, Iron Double Weapons...


Traditionally the Fundamental Weapons are 18,

but there exist numerous variations.
The weapons can themselves be subdivided

into three categories:

-"Noble" Weapons, such as, the Sword, the Nozzle,

 and the Sabre.
-Tools of daily life that can be transformed into

weapons, for example, the Stick, the Chain

-Sectioned Sticks (Used in China in order to

strike rice).
-Particular Weapons, i.e. the Piao (Metallic objects

thrown with sharpened tips).

 

 

As the old saying goes:"...how to keep a little bird in

your hand, a hard grasp could suffocate it, a loose

one could make it fly away..."
